Automated Tracks

 

Native ants scurry

to fill space,

a networked shelter

for their race

 

with unending

stories

blocking

   intricate corridors against outsiders who’d raid

their thinking

with forced

drinking

 

a new Jones juice

to induce

an anternet of submission

reduced

   to unquestioned obedience to the profits

of the minority,

to the misery

of the majority.

 

They’re trapped

in the busy

of the food-to-mouth

chain

to sustain

revolution against government ant’s

institution

to maintain

persecution,

starvation

   of the masses through taxes

and privations.

They are crushed

with obligations,

 

   enslaved by gluttony, no time to rebuild ruins

of their flattened

democracy,

turned cash-hearted

autocracy.
